Jasmine RaShae'
Jasmine RaShae’ is a yoga educator, mentor, and the founder of Soulful Flow Yoga, dedicated to diversifying the mat and training teachers to become leaders in the wellness space. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she is now based in Seattle, Washington, bringing over 1,100 hours of yoga training (E-RYT 500 & YACEP) and more than 15 years of experience in brand strategy, events, and project management. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Huston-Tillotson University, a historically Black college.
Through 200-hour and advanced teacher trainings, mentorship programs, and continuing education, Jasmine creates accessible, culturally aware yoga education that empowers teachers to lead with confidence and inclusivity. Her approach integrates yogic philosophy, psychology, and mindfulness-based movement, emphasizing representation, accessibility, and rest as a form of resistance.

Iza Narag
With a passion for the yoga practice and the art of movement, Iza brings a vibrant blend of creativity, expertise, and heartfelt connection to her teaching. With a love for the practice and an appreciation for the people, she strives to create an environment that integrates community as a part of the practice.
Iza’s teaching reflects her playful yet intentional approach, offering dynamic and innovative classes that invite students to explore their bodies and minds beyond traditional boundaries. Drawing inspiration from Awakening Yoga Solar Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Hatha, Soulful Flow Yoga, Mobility, and other various movement practices, she skillfully designs sessions that foster strength, balance, and vitality for practitioners of all levels.
In addition to leading classes, Iza has assisted in 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, sharing her knowledge to guide aspiring instructors on their journeys. She also hosts international yoga retreats, creating immersive experiences that combine movement, mindfulness, and community in breathtaking destinations. -
Teresha Bradley
Beyond her dedication to yoga, Teresha excels in the field of Medical Physics, specializing in the precise calculation of radiation treatment for cancerous tumors.
With three degrees in the medical field, she has completed more than 10 anatomy courses during her academic journey, including Gross Anatomy, Developmental Anatomy, Neuroscience, and Radiological Anatomy.
Under her expert guidance, you’ll bridge the worlds of yoga and advanced medical sciences, cultivating a holistic and deeply informed approach to your practice and training. -
Maliyah Gramata-Jones
Maliyah Gramata-Jones is a multidisciplinary artist, activist and yogi. A poetic revolutionary walking towards purpose, peace, and harmony in all of her projects.
Originally from Cincinnati Ohio, Maliyah has made the world her playground. She served as an arts diplomat teaching and performing around Germany, Poland, Japan,Canada and every corner of the United States. Maliyah traveled to Koh Samui, Thailand to study yoga and meditation. There she became a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher under the tutelage of a lifelong yogini, a buddhist nun, and a Turkish DJ. Maliyah completed her 300 hour teacher training at Abhaya Yoga in Brooklyn in 2024 under the esteemed Tara Glazier.
Maliyah teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga and is a certified trauma informed instructor. She keeps things creative while sequencing asana, pranayama, and meditation to promote healing and transformation. Informed by what’s happening in the stars, the news, and the energies in the room, her practice is designed to be specific and empowering. -
Lauren Williams
Lauren is a dedicated DEI instructor and a member of the trauma-informed team. Based in Seattle, Lauren brings a wealth of experience and certifications, including a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and a 200-Hour Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training. With 15 years as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, she integrates holistic healing into every aspect of her work.
Lauren holds a B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work from Columbia University. She is deeply passionate about amplifying Brown and Black voices, championing accessibility, promoting disability justice, and fostering the body-mind connection. Committed to building inclusive, supportive communities, Lauren inspires others to embrace wellness and empowerment in their journeys.

Lahari Manchikanti
Lahari is a certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor specializing in Vinyasa yoga, with a deep dedication to honoring the practice’s cultural roots. In her classes, she weaves together thoughtfully designed sequences that blend dynamic movement with rich mythological narratives and the history behind each asana. This holistic approach offers students an opportunity to engage with yoga beyond physical exercise, inviting them to explore the transformative power of its ancient traditions. She is passionate about fostering a deeper connection to yoga’s cultural heritage and strives to cultivate a greater appreciation for its integrity throughout the Seattle community.
